$20/week, $200 minimum
How do I start?
Step 2 - We'll set up a phone call with you to gather more information about what you would like in your training plan.
Step 3 - Sign a waiver and send it with a check.
Step 4 - We set up your plan as a Google spreadsheet (which you can still use without a Google account) and you get training!
Step 5 - We follow up at least weekly to see how the training is going and adjust the remaining portion of your plan if necessary.
