What's included?

I do not organize group workouts or do one-on-one sessions.

How much does it cost?

$20/week, $200 minimum 

How do I start?

Step 1 - Fill out this questionnaire and email it to me. This is to make the initial phone consultation more productive. Your information is kept confidential.

Step 2 - I'll set up a phone call with you to gather more information about what you would like in your training plan.

Step 3 - Sign and email a waiver, and send payment through Paypal.

Step 4 - I set up your plan as a Google spreadsheet (which you can still use without a Google account) and you get training!  

Step 5 - I follow up at least weekly to see how the training is going and adjust along the way as needed.
